Chris and I have been looking for a house to buy in the Temecula/Murrieta area. We found a bunch that we liked but with bidding wars it has made it hard. We finally looked a little farther out and found a great house in Winchester, only about 5 minutes farther than Murrieta. We got our offer accepted but are still waiting on some things from the bank to make it official. We are hoping they don't drag it out, but being a busy bank dealing with foreclosures we are expecting that. So by the next time I update I hopefully will have good news and we will almost be homeowners. If not, we will keep trying!
Kennadi is still not walking although she took her first steps this week while Keeli was visiting. She was going after Keeli's wallet and phone that I was holding and took three in a row to get to it! Since then she takes 2 to 3 occasionally, but she is pretty stubborn and doesn't want to do it when we want her to. I managed to get a very short video clip that I will post below though. It was really fun having Keeli down, Kennadi got very attached to her while she was here and the day after she left she looked for her around the house, when I showed her a picture and said "Is that auntie Keeli?" she got very excited and grabbed the picture to kiss it.
Today Chris did a 5k run and got 3rd place! He did very well but was still disappointed with his run time since it really wasn't competitive with his previous run times. I am still proud though, 3rd is pretty darn good in my opinion! My mom and Dylan are coming down this week so that will be fun, Saturday is the big birthday party and the whole family is coming. It will be fun! During her actual birthday week we will be at Disneyland with Chris's family, we are very excited! I am sure more than that has happened in a month but that's all I can think of for now. I wanted to make sure to update since it has been so long! Happy spring!

I don't really know how to explain this, I heard laughing from both Chris and Kennadi and this is why, I think she was playing with socks so he put them on her, it was hilarious when she waved her arms and legs around.

Relaxing...I love the monitor we have even more these days because she moves around so much and when I check on her I can see how she is sleeping without going into her room. When I see funny positions I take a picture, I can't resist!
After the weekend when Chris has spent the whole weekend at home, Kennadi looks around for him, I had closed the door so she would stay out of my room so she thought Chris was in there, she stood there banging yelling "dada" until I showed her the empty room.
