We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Ours was a ton of fun and included a game that had everyone in the family rolling laughing, I highly recommend The Game of Things, it's pretty funny. We are onto the Christmas season and there is nothing new to report so I will just post some pictures!

Happy November!
I have been informed by a certain younger sister that she checks my blog every other day in hopes that I have updated it, so I feel bad I haven't been more on top of it! I told her she needs to remind me, I forget by the end of the night when the house is finally quiet! But that goes for everyone, if you check the blog and it has been a couple weeks since the last posting, will you send me a quick e mail or phone call reminder so I think to do it? It will help my poor lost brain to stay on track so everyone can see Kennadi more!
Anyways, this will be a quick update as I have told myself I must start making this years Christmas card so I can get them in time to stuff them and send them out! Everything has been great here, Kennadi is getting bigger everyday and talking more and more. Her favorite thing to do right now is play with her babies. She loves babies!! All of her other toys go untouched and her dolls get lots of attention, everything from walking them around the house while saying "sh sh sh" and patting their backs to putting each of them on a chair at the table and asking for a spoon and bowl and then feeding them. I have been informed by my mom I was the exact same way when I was her age. I knew I played with a lot of dolls but I didn't realize it started so young! She will also lay them all out face first on the ground and cover them with blankets and tell me to "shh" and then saying "peesping" which is how she says sleeping. So needless to say we got her some very cute doll accessories for Christmas complete with an infant carrier, pack n play, and high chair that look like miniature versions of the real thing. I can't wait till she opens them, she will be so excited! Not much else is new here, just excited for the holidays and hoping the season doesn't go too fast!
Some pictures of her doll play:
Obviously this isn't a doll:) This is our friends Lana and Dave's little girl Otaly. Kennadi also loves real babies and wants to hold every one she sees, even if she doesn't know them or if they are as big as she is. But she loves Otaly and is very sweet with her.
Random hot day in the middle of fall:
I don't really know what she was doing here, but it was funny so I took a picture
Halloween:
We went trick-or-treating on base and then in Heather and Seth's neighborhood. Kennadi did amazing! After the first house she got the hang of it and went knocking on every door and said "treat!" and then "thank you" It was so sweet to watch her, she walked to whole time and carried her pumpkin bucket without complaint. She was such a big girl, Chris was out of town so unfortunately he missed it but I texted him pictures throughout the night so he could see too.
The morning after:
Exhausted after all that walking
Kennadi and Payton
Trick-or-treating on base
When her pumpkin got heavy she put it on her arm, she would not let me help her carry it, she wanted to do it by herself
Before we went around the neighborhood we hung out at a friends house with all of our old neighbors, it was fun watching all the kids dressed up playing outside.
She kept pointing to her shoes saying "pitty" (pretty)
This was right as Chris walked into the room with her to see her lit pumpkin for the first time, the room was pitch black so I just guessed when to take the picture and where to point it and it was perfect!
Proud of her pumpkin! Chris carved it and tried to have her help by cleaning it out, she would not even lay a finger on the inside guck! She sat there and pulled her hands away and said "ewww" every time Chris would try to hand her some.
This was in Mammoth while my mom was doing her hair for pictures, apparently she not only knows how to open lip stick, but also knows where it goes. I have never seen a toddler put on lip stick and not have it all over their face, she must have learned it because of the chap stick we put on, I don't wear lipstick and I don't think Chris does either:)
